Edgar Quiroz, also known as EQ, is the Founder and Executive Director of LFMG Music Academy. A visionary leader, artist, and community builder, Edgar created LFMG to inspire youth through music and provide creative spaces where young people can learn, grow, and express themselves. His passion for mentorship and cultural empowerment has shaped LFMG into a thriving hub for the next generation of musicians and leaders across Western Colorado.

Jahaziel Serrano, known artistically as Enshiloh, is a talented multi-instrumentalist, music engineer, and instructor at LFMG Music Academy. With a deep passion for creativity and mentorship, Enshiloh guides students in guitar, bass, drums, and music production—helping them find their unique sound while building confidence both in and out of the studio.

Miguel Cantu, also known as Miggy C, is a recording artist, songwriter, and dedicated advocate for youth empowerment. As LFMG Music Academy’s Board Secretary, he brings both creative leadership and lived experience with substance abuse—using his story as a source of strength, hope, and connection. Through his music and mentorship, Miggy C inspires young people to overcome adversity, believe in their potential, and express their truth through art.

As a board member of LFMG Music Academy, Nate brings his visual expertise and passion for community to help capture and share the stories behind the Academy’s mission. Sierra Quintana is the owner of La Luna Nanny Services and a passionate advocate for youth and family well-being. As a board member of LFMG Music Academy, she brings her experience in child care, entrepreneurship, and community service to help create nurturing spaces where young people can grow and express themselves. Sierra’s dedication to supporting families and empowering the next generation reflects the heart of LFMG’s mission.
