tim O’Connor
drum
Tim is a dedicated drum instructor known for his passion for rhythm, precision, and helping students build confidence behind the kit. With a strong foundation in technique and musicality, Tim creates engaging lessons that balance fundamentals with creativity, giving students the tools to grow as musicians and performers.
His patient teaching style and enthusiasm for percussion make him a favorite among students of all skill levels. Tim is committed to helping young artists develop discipline, expression, and a lifelong love for music.
ZINA sonkina
Piano
Zina is a dedicated piano instructor with over 50 years of teaching experience. She brings a lifetime of musical knowledge, patience, and passion to every lesson, helping students build strong foundations and a lifelong love for music.
In addition to her work with LFMG Music Academy, Zina serves as the music teacher at Olathe Elementary School, where she inspires young learners through engaging and creative music education. Her commitment to nurturing talent and confidence makes her a cherished mentor to students of all ages.
Austine Marie
vocal & guitar
Austine Marie is a recording artist, vocal and guitar instructor. After years of developing her voice and artistry, she has turned her passion for music into both performance and teaching.
As an active artist, Austine Marie brings real-world experience into every lesson, helping students build confidence, stage presence, and vocal technique. Her journey from student to instructor is a powerful example of LFMG’s mission in action — showing young people that their talent can grow into opportunity.

Enshiloh is a talented artist and audio engineer from Western Colorado who brings over a decade of experience to LFMG Music Academy.
With a deep passion for music and a heart for mentorship. Enshiloh is dedicated to helping the next generation of artists grow, create, and shine. Whether he’s in the studio or the classroom, his impact speaks volumes.

Nate Hughes is a skilled visual artist and founder of Nate Hughes Media, specializing in videography, photography, and digital storytelling. At LFMG Music Academy, Nate teaches students how to capture moments with creativity and purpose—helping them develop both technical skills and an eye for storytelling. His passion for visual media and mentorship inspires youth to express their ideas and bring their artistic visions to life.
